Can’t Do Anything
I’m an existing customer but I’ve never used the app.
Tried signing up for an account: “Error Creating User.”
Tried “forgot password” since my email should already be on file: “Email does not exist.”
If I have to ask the store for a login, it should say that in the instructions in the App Store - it does not.
Either the app is buggy and doesn’t work, or there’s more to the sign up process that is not explained.
