Expired points booooo

Love the update, along with being able to add favorites. however, points shouldn’t expire:/ i didn’t even know how to use my points or where i could see them until today and found out my past points expired 😔 be loyal to ur customer we love u

stupidly unintuitive

the original version of this app was so much better, this new one doesn’t even work. no autofill, each submenu has a painful loading screen, can’t sign in with a phone number like i could previously, Apple Pay doesn’t work, and when I select a credit card instead the page doesn’t even load. I don’t know what they were thinking with this, the old one was simple and effective. this one is unnecessarily complex and I can’t even place an order

Easy to Use

Great sandwiches, easy to use app, means I’m spending my allowance money to eat delicious sandwiches because it’s so easy to use!

Terrible app, great sandwiches

Super clunky and slow. I had rewards to use but they wouldn’t show up when I tried to apply them to my order. For such a solid restaurant this app is super disappointing. Ordering online is much easier.

Seemed like it would be an upgrade

I downloaded the updated and registered today. The experience was clunky to say the least!

1. Didn’t use iOS autofill like most apps, so had to enter fields manually during registration. Not the end of the world, but not a best practice.

2. Didn’t use the info I provided during registration when ordering. What!?! This created unnecessary complexity during checkout. I had to manually enter my phone number and first last name at checkout. I can understand autofilling with my registration info and letting me edit if the person picking up was different than me, but not autofilling is a strange choice.

3. I could check out with my registered account. I tried at least 5 times to checkout using my registered account and couldn’t. The first 3 times, using Apple Pay and entering my phone and name manually, the app complained it was having trouble with the email address I entered. In updated the email address in my profile twice—no luck. Also, the profile didn’t show the email address entered, which is not a common practice. Next, I tried using the credit card payment option and had the same problem. I was only able to order in a logged out state, so I didn’t get loyalty credit for the order or the discount for “first order.”

Great sandwiches. Bad app. I hope the specific feedback is helpful.

Amazing food, eh App

Love High St! Unfortunately this app does not live up to the brand experience. 1) GET RID OF THE YELLOW TEXT. It’s almost unusable, completely inaccessible and inappropriate. 2) The online ordering experience on the website is SO much better and simpler on the website. Why even have an app? Put the rewards on the website or make the app flow mother. It’s second tier rn.

***3) Apple Pay DOES NOT WORK!
