What is going on
Pay for the magazine but I never get the new issues and always have a hard time accessing through the app when there is an issue on it. Also, what is going on with the lack of new magazines?

Most of the time you can’t read the latest issue it comes up with error while trying to download.
Constantly forgetting my subscription
Read a few issues and now I can’t read any more. I have an active monthly subscription. I’ll tried to restore subscription on the app several times over the past few days; nothing.
This is honestly theft and Apple needs to step in. If you can’t create an app that can secure your content AND not lock out your paying customers, then stop selling subscriptions, simple as that.

Rip off
High times magazine is a rip off you will pay for a magazine subscription and never receive not even 1 magazine I have reached out to high times magazine via email phone calls. Even left a message for there HR department. No response back not refunded for my subscription or even a freaking email. Save your money man you don’t need to blow it on these con artists

Beware
Had a subscription, but suddenly was unable to download any issues, including issues I had archived. The app gets stuck on restoring purchases and won’t download anything. This is theft if it doesn’t get fixed.
Not able to sign in
I got this app so I could view my high times subscription on the go, however, I’m unable to sign in with my correct account details, it just says “user not found”. I’m not sure if this app is for US only accounts or if the app needs some tweaks? At the moment this app is just sitting on my iPhone as I can’t use it without being able to sign in. (I sign in on the website fine)

Don’t Buy
I wish that I had read the reviews. I thought this app would be the same as the archive website. I subscribed, thinking that it was $2 cheaper than the website because sometimes you get discounts when using apps. No. If you subscribe on the app you get nothing. I can access one magazine. That’s it. There’s no way to even contact anyone for support. It’s ridiculous. I am so disappointed and angry to be out $2.99. Wow.

Very Disappointed
I purchased a 1 yr. magazine subscription im Feb. of 2021 in early March of 2021 I decided it was not 4 me and i x’lld it. I’ve been waiting since for a refund of the unused portion of the subscription. I finally got in touch w/The office Mgr there Jean Daniels and she offered nothing but excuses and became defensive when i asked about getting my refund. She was also rude to me w.her tone of voice and mannerisms used. I x’lled it in early March today id June 9th and I still don’t have the refund. I’ve submitted a complaint w/the FTC and the BBB im going to let them handle it from here. I’m done w/you High Times Mag.

Paid for a year but only got 3 issues before the app wanted me to buy per issue again.
Billing issue
I purchased a one year subscription in january 2021. Starting with the spril issue my subscription is not being honored, even though Inpaid in advance fir one year.

I’ve subscribed to this magazine for the pas 3 years. It seems to be getting more and more boring articles in it.
Less information of growing or other information on seed banks and coffee shops.
But 2020 is beyond a joke I haven’t received my May issue and we are half way in June.
