Less than desirable
Most of the time you can’t log in and see transactions in real time. I should be able to balance my checkbook anytime. The app isn’t always up to date and it takes forever for pending charges to move out of pending.

Everyone at this bank is amazing! Always very helpful and friendly! The Minnetonka branch on Plymouth Road makes me feel seen and heard, like part of a family. I am a lifer!

A very user friendly institution.
App doesn't work after newest update.
Beware. Update from 2 weeks ago in march 2024 makes it require update constantly. Even if you already updated.

Unreliable. Very disappointed.

Quite a bit of potential but app/financial institution doesn’t seem to keep a real time balance available. Not trying to be rude but, that’s not very different than using a physical check book.

You should explain on the deposit screen your rules. None of my other banks require me to write for mobile deposit at highland bank.

Slow and unresponsive most of the time. Checking transactions from previous cycles is pretty much impossible, the mobile deposit takes a few try’s every time you try to deposit.
Great for tracking, not great for everything else
It’s a great source for tracking your bank finances that is it. If you try to do a check deposit, it’ll fail 90% of the time. I always end up having to take the check to the bank instead. Sometimes it won’t fully load your bank account either. One good feature, is being to turn on and off your card for security. But I still can’t let the check deposit thing go, if you’re going to offer it make sure that feature works....

Not great!
Lots of login issues. When it worksin the mobile app then it doesnt work on the website. When website works, then the mobile app wont verify. Each time i need to call in to have them reset.
