Helpful but not much in iphone

My friend has this app on his samsung and its amazing for some reason the interface its way more limited in iphone. My major issue is the color choices since i need to color code some images and i cant because theres only 4 colors available

This app easy to use and it has all i need as a highlighter, NO NEED To SIGN IN, which I don’t like. And its free
