The app, the website is horrible. Not user friendly at all. Tried to pay online and got it connected to my bank and wouldn’t let me continue to make my purchase. Tired doing this for over an hour and same results. Same for the website. I am beyond frustrated I just gave up and will go somewhere else

Avoid - possible scam
This app is a joke, it takes over an hour to try and place an order but the app just does not work. It collects all your info over and over. Gave up and won’t be using liv.
Super glitchy and pointless
I don’t understand what the point is. You have to create a whole separate account for this app, and you still need to sign into dutchie to order. It’s just an unnecessary step.

This app just literally won’t let me login anymore. It comes up with any excuse.
First it was saying my password was wrong..it wasn’t. Then it told me I had to complete my account and verify personal information. It sent a verification code to my email and still wouldn’t let me login after that. I ended up deleting it. It hasn’t been working for like 9 months.

The update made a big difference
I tried to change my previous review to a much better one because they updated the app and solved the issue I was having. Not sure if this new one will over ride my previous one but I wanted to at least try. Thanks for the update guys it’s nice to be back on the app.
Always an issue. Cant’t get passed login screen.
At first(shortly after they released the app) I was able to login once before perpetually being told my login info was incorrect and could no longer login. So I just stopped using it, no big. Now, at least a year later I decided to try it again. Same issue with login info but this time I was able to reset my password and seemed to have a successfulish login attempt. The problem is, the app wouldn’t even leave the login page. It said “welcome back etc.” but stayed on that page…

Can’t even get started
App don’t give you any options for “favorite store” when creating an account which then won’t allow you to make the account for not selecting that section. Makes app useless.

Not Feeling The New Change
As soon as I opened the app I was prompted to re login and entire my password. I did this but I kept getting an error message. I requested to change password. Received the code. Attempted to change my password and I keep getting a “forbidden” error message. The app was awesome before this change. I hope the kinks get out soon.

App was okay at first but now it keeps telling me it’s only for legal states. Im in a legal state so not sure what the issue is.
