I cashed in my points for a $20 gift card last week (7 days) and still have not received it. Tried to use their customer support chat but their bot Harold is not helpful and I can’t get in touch with anyone. Don’t waste your time

This app is pretty much useless I’ve put about 10 receipts in only for all of them to be rejected and I read why they all got rejected and I followed all the steps I come to find out the stores didn’t match the receipts which I didn’t know you had to choose a store in order to submit a receipt and the only store I was given was cheech and Chong I don’t even know what that is this app is not like the rest of them you can just submit the receipt and get points.. omg fix it

Uploaded a Receipt, Logged In the Next Day, and Got Suspended
One day I uploaded a receipt, and the next day I tried to log in only to find my account had been suspended. That’s the entirety of my activity. When I contacted support, I received the same generic response many others seem to get: that I had “violated the Terms of Use.” Apparently uploading a receipt and logging in the following day is enough to trigger a suspension.
After reading through other reviews, it appears I’m far from the only person who has experienced this. The lack of a clear explanation from support is frustrating and makes it difficult to trust the platform. I also noticed numerous five-star reviews that seem questionable, which raises concerns about the authenticity of the ratings.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Log in to my account and automatically get suspended. 😒 Guess MMJ Cancer patients aren’t the target audience just the for fun crowd.

Receipts not being entered
I entered 4 receipts and they were clear and were accepted and that was months ago they were worth 49,000 and still not processed. I’m upset that I’ve never gotten credit for them . And there’s no email or phone numbers to complain

Your app needs improvement
I have used this app for awhile but this last time it would not let me take more then one picture of my receipt which was long It work several tries before I got it to work then they rejected the receipt so I tried to resend it but it won’t let me take more then one photo of the receipt which is long so I guess I won’t wast time with any more receipts if it is going to be this much of a problem.

First Purchase
Love the app, however, I originally signed up using an invitation code. When I uploaded my first receipt, but I and the person that invited me were each supposed to get $5. That didn’t happen! Other than that, love the app!
