It’s been 4 days and HR won’t let me access the app as a whole, whenever I click on the app the first page that pops up is “trying to connect you to HR” and it stays like that for so long and it won’t give me access unless I turn on a VPN, and my internet is great I can access every other app successfully, FIX THIS LAG

The game is getting harder to play as a free player every update. Not to mention the bubble update sucks.
Toxic And Fake
It’s impossible to make friends on this game, I’ve played for years and like people are just rude, toxic, fake and nobody is genuine, respectful, honest all they care about is gold/money and be arrogant. I’m very kind and nice to others, people on the game don’t even try to make friends they just act like their better than you or like their on some pedestal and it’s really a shame. People on the game don’t even try to reach or try to make friends, not once have I ever had someone try to be friends with me. Last time it was my birthday, I went into a public room full of people and said hey everyone it’s my birthday and I was really happy too and like nobody even said anything they just ignored and if that’s the world we live in where people just act like you don’t even exist then honestly this game isn’t worth playing. All this game does is make you feel depressed and discouraging.

Useless Customer service
Highrise customer service is completely useless. They never listen to anyone—it’s always bot replies or the exact same copy-pasted responses repeatedly. Whenever I report a player, they just tell me to report them in-game, but no action has ever been taken from in-game reports. I’ve been playing Highrise for 4 years and in-game reports never get any response. Even after providing all the proof, there is still zero action taken. Waste of a game. If you actually listen to me and resolve my issue, I will delete this review

Why do I keep crashing when

PTW + micro transactions
If you’re looking for a game to dump all your money on to win in events, this is it. I’m a completely free to play player, I’ve never spent a cent on this game. It sucks for free players. You get bare minimum items, and the only players who actually get decent items are the pay to win players. Who, mind you, instantly turn around and try to sell said items for an extremely insane price.
On top of that issue, they recently inflated prices of bubble items. Bubbles being the free version of currency in this game, to which you can’t buy ANYTHING with it. The only things you can get with bubbles are event boosters, and even then they inflated the prices. They don’t even pay you more, you just have to suck it up and watch your bubbles slowly go down. You used to be able to spend all your bubbles on an event and earn it back for the next day to do it again.. I can’t do that anymore.
In conclusion, this game sucks. Very inappropriate for a 16+ game, it should VERY MUCH be 18+ with the amount of literal underwear options to wear. Not bathing suits, UNDERWEAR. LINGERIE. Keep your kids off ts. Tbh, any parent who gives their child a device just doesn’t care for their safety so NEVERMIND.

There are no options for free players anymore to do events and end up in a top crew because of their contribution. The change to the bubble system has seriously hurt this game. If you don’t have hundreds of dollars to spend, don’t start playing this. Most of the things you spend money on are account bound as well which effectively makes them useless.

It feels forced to pay for things in the game.
I’ve been playing since 2020, and it has its pros, and cons like anything else, but one thing I’ve noticed is that the game is really trying to get people to spend actual money on the game. You can’t go by one event without there being extra steps you can’t do to go farther in the game, but to go farther you have to pay for something. Some of it maybe cheap, but in the end every single event has a price tag. They’re pushing you to spend money when you shouldn’t. I’ve delete the app, and accepted that it won’t even be the same.

Taking away privileges.
Highrise, I love your game and all, but taking away my ability to chat and send images that I pay you per month to be able to use is just ridiculous. It’s a 16+ game and you have to be 18+ to use a majority of the main game components. Please fix this so I don’t end up quitting.

i can’t login on the app , but i can login on web. i m inputting both my password and email correctly , yet the the app still says it’s invalid whereas on a web browser there is no problem at all. my account is linked to an alternative login option so i basically have no access to the app.
If you think inflation is good this is the game for you!
Edit to respond: I’ve already reached out with my experience and was told the same generic messages “post in the discord” where players have been ignored. So love the cutie message but you aren’t doing anything to actually support and listen to this feedback.

Which ultimately has screwed over players because the extra earning has not hit our accounts yet so really the prices are all up by 5x.
If anyone know anything about inflation in these types of games it is something that lots of companies actively fight against so for a company to decide it is a good idea to add inflation to the game is absolutely mind boggling. I would not recommend anyone play this game ever as this seems to be a trend they will continue down. Unless you wanna dump money into this game.

Love the Art, but $$$
There are a lot of cool things about this little social game. My biggest gripe, is how much everything cost, and all the things that can be achieved “for free”, are also bought out by people with way too much free money. Considering this, it’s impossible to finish first in events to win these special items. There are ways to earn gold, but don’t expect millions, maybe a few thousand. Also, these ways of making gold are out of app, playing different games to earn gold im this game. Oh and if you want a pet, well that’ll be just shy $100 bucks please. Cool game though, love the concept.
