It took 5 days for them to assign someone to my ticket and it’s been 2 days since then and no one has said anything to me. It’s ruining my experience of the game. I’ve been playing since 2020 and I’m considering just deleting this game. Seriously why have support chats if your not going to help anyone

This app has had a dedicated userbase for years now. In the recent year, they’ve made change after change, and sometimes the change is something the dedicated base can accept, and sometimes it is not. Recently they have NOT been listening to their userbase. Staff is working with the players to give them unfair advantages and bullying is rampant.

It’s “great” to see how more and more mechanics are pushing players to spend money, while regular players find it increasingly difficult to enjoy the game. The people who run this app are by far some of the most unethical and morally bankrupt humans I have ever witnessed. They cheat, they lie, and they allow employees to funnel information to “top” players so they can cheat, lie, and scam as well.
Predatory Gotchya App
The simplest base currency has become WAY more expensive. Hardly any ability for free play and no offline access.
Money hungry
This is a money hungry game beware. They continue to raise the prices of things and making it harder for free players to enjoy the game
greedy & no community
devs and staff are super greedy, don’t listen to their community or help any issues, and they change the systems to benefit how much money they make, and will rig the events to keep prizes expensive for their gain. before they got so greedy it was very fun and affordable, now it costs a minimum of $200 to even complete a grab for low quality pixels. their community full of racists and ppl who prey on children as well and they do nothing to help or keep it safe, they only care about how much money you spend.

НО ЭТО ПРЕДЕЛ, батарейка большая 5к, маленькая 2,5, ОНИ ТОГО НЕ СТОЯТ, граб за баблз на ивенте 1200за один прокрут, вы с дуба упали и разбили себе голову? Вы чем думали? Я искренне не понимаю, во что превратилась игра. Почему Highrise стала сплошной донатной помойкой? Вместо нормального контента вы выпускаете какие-то пошлые вещи и странную анатомию. Вы вообще понимаете, на какую аудиторию это рассчитано? Это первая претензия.ВТОРОЕ: что это за ужас вы выкатили сегодня с этой «новинкой»? Как обычным игрокам, которые не вливают сюда огромные суммы, вообще в это играть и проходить ивенты? Заработать внутри игры нереально, расходы на участие абсолютно никак не окупаются. Это выглядит как прямое вымогательство.

Последнее обновление с пузырьками самое ужасное что я когда либо видела. Людям и так не хватало пузырьков, а сейчас стало только хуже!!!! Верните старую систему и возможность получать пузырьки обменивая вещи с магазина подарков!!!

This game is trash now. I don’t know what the flip yall were thinking with making bubbles 5x but I’ve been playing this game for almost ten years and that’s just insanely overpriced. You can’t do anything on the app anymore. It’s pointless.

Used to be all for f2p players but FULLY switched on them with multiple updates that makes it practically impossible to have items unless you buy. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.!
