HighRise turns a CSV of contacts and one email template into a personalized message for every recipient — reviewed and sent through the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad. No SMTP servers, no third-party mail relay, no separate account to manage. HOW IT WORKS 1. Import your list — a CSV export from Numbers, Excel, or your CRM. 2. Write one template with {{placeholders}} like {{First Name}} and {{Company}}. 3. Review every personalized message. Rows with missing data or an invalid address are held back automatically, so a broken greeting never goes out. 4. Send each message through Apple Mail's compose screen — you review and tap Send yourself, one recipient at a time, so nothing is ever sent unattended. CLEANS YOUR LIST ON IMPORT • Auto-tidies messy exports: stray and invisible whitespace, spreadsheet junk values (#N/A, NULL), repeated header rows, and mangled addresses (mailto: prefixes, bracketed display names, stray punctuation). • Riskier fixes — misspelled mail domains, ALL-CAPS names, "Last, First" order — are suggested with examples and applied only when you tap. • Every fix is disclosed, and your original file is never touched. FILLS IN MISSING CONTACT DATA • Blank first or last names inferred from the email address, or split out of a Full Name column. • Blank company and website worked out from coworkers' rows on the same domain — or from the domain itself. • Missing values copied between duplicate rows of the same person. • Everything is derived from your list itself, only blank cells are ever written, and each fill is applied only when you tap it. FIND & FILL ONLINE (OPTIONAL) • Look up missing emails, names, titles, and websites through Apollo.io using your own Apollo account and API key (stored securely in the Keychain). • Strictly opt-in: nothing is looked up until you run the search, results are suggestions you approve one by one, and a valid email address is never overwritten. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your contact list stays on your device. The optional Apollo lookup is the single, clearly labeled exception — and it's off until you add your own key. • No accounts, no servers, no tracking.
