My device measures every flower at 17%, never a variation despite different samples… was very excited but maybe the claims are just too good to be true.

After auto renewal app not working and can not get a response from HiGrade after almost a month! Had no problem taking my money!
Great little lens.
It’s way more accurate than I thought it would be. Have gone to dispensaries and gotten within 2%THC or less difference on almost all personal tests vs actual labs. Way to go guys, been using for several years now.

I don’t normally give 1 star reviews but they give you 3 free questions to ask about your plant and they literally don’t work they never get back to you. This is a money grab

I just load The app, and i got à box with thé QR code but my brother scann it on his phone before i did and now i cant logg in the pro benefit... wath can i do without paying more because i allready got the boxe and thé qr code ... thanks 🌱

I used to use it but can’t now, some error
I used this app successfully years ago, so I subscribed again a few days ago. The money has left my bank but I don’t have a subscription, says the HiGrade app. My phone’s subscriptions has it listed. I don’t even know if the HiGrade lens is on its way or not (I don’t have the old one, house fire)

Hi Grade App!
I’m giving this a five star review cause I’m impressed by how it knows the exact THC Percentage without a dark purple liquid to determine it! But what I would personally like to se is a diagnose for diseases bugs and pathogens and a way to tell if the environment is ok!
A great system just needs a refresh
I love this system. The help from experts is amazing and I tend to have a response in 24 hours. I have noticed that sometimes my phone takes a better photo than the microscope so I’ll let that be separate since I feel higrow is more of a software than hardware idea. I just feel the app needs to be updated to fit the pro max screens, adjust the location of things. How you put the microscope on a 15 pro max blocks the X to remove the pop up when taking a photo of your plant. A small annoyance but something that can be improved. I wish there was a journal function for each strain and leave notes and document what you do then when you need help the growing expert could reference etc. I think that would take this to the next level!

This camera set up, gives me a proposed THC level . I don’t know how accurate it is, but it seems to correlate results similar to what is advertised for the plant

Have to say I’m impressed. This device gave readings before knowing the strains and the readings are always in range! Doesn’t give specific breakdowns but if you’re just looking to get a good ballpark estimation of potency this is the tool!
