One thing that lacks on your app and when we order on postmates is a section to ask for extra ketchup. Otherwise very easy to use.
Where is the chicken sandwich!???
Hi. Did the chicken sandwich disappear? We can’t seem to locate it on either Postmates or the Chow Now app! That sandwich is amaze balls! Please advise!!
Overall bummed
My biggest issue with this app has to do with the pick up timing for take out. When you click “now” for a pick up time, what the app doesn’t tell you is that it delays your order before it gets started. As I was explained by a worker, it’s so you can’t skip the line. Totally fine. But the app also doesn’t give you any estimated pick up time. So imagine my frustration when I ordered before leaving the house, being in a bit of a rush, finally getting there after 15 minutes, and then having the worker say “we haven’t even started your order yet”. Then receiving my order 30 minutes later. Considering the entire purpose of this app is to coordinate take out orders, you’d think they could do better. How easy would it be to list a time for an earliest possible pickup for an online order?

It’s crazy that cash isn’t an option at all. I expected to download the app and at least have that option!
Also, you need to create an entirely new account to place an order. No guest checkout? It should just be a super simple, click 4-5 buttons, and you’re ordered.
Zero point of this app if you can do the same exact thing with postmates. Make it easier and add a cash option please!

This app crashes when you place an order, and it’s not optimized for iPhone X.
