Absolute TRASH
Won't download pictures to the phone like it claims, won't let you even connect to the app unless location is turned on and if you click it "just once" or "just while using app" it messes up. Also, while the registration WILL let you type an underscore in your e-mail, the log in will NOT, so if you have an underscore and log out, you're screwed. Even when you put app language to English, several of their pop-up notices are in chinese... so no clue what they say. Video Quality isn't near what they claim. And the app randomly crashes at times. Don't waste your time or money on this app or the camera that goes with it.

I really like this camera. I’ve used it for so much today and the day I got it. It was just amazing. It’s a game changer for a YouTuber like me trying to make good content.
Great for the money
I was going to buy one of those 300 or even $400 cameras, but I decided since it’s my first camera, I would try a lesser expensive camera. Turns out the Hiicam is a great little camera. I wish the batteries would last a little longer but other than that, it takes nice videos. You can’t lose for the money, especially if it’s a first camera or a secondary spare camera from a higher or more expensive camera. I have no complaints, it’s a steady picture, you can use wide angle or even zoom in a bit and I attach it to my handlebars on my motorcycle or down on the frame to get a lower shot. Sometimes I’ll wear it on my helmet. You won’t go wrong for the money.

Simple Camera
I normally don’t write reviews for apps or products, however, my experience with my Hiicam 10 Action Camera has been great so far. Taking video is easy. The video quality is clear. Like others have mentioned, after connecting your phone to the camera’s wifi (easy to do), uploading, editing (from your phone), and downloading the videos or photos (to your phone from the app) is easy to do. Like anything, it does take time to get use to how to navigate but after a couple of hours, you will find it simple too.

Honestly the best go pro I’ve ever had I’ve had a few in my life and they never quite seem to work but this is the best one I e ever had I’m so glad yall have made these thank yall 🙏
Important
In order for the app to work properly, your phone must already be connected to the cameras WiFi!!!!! Then the app should work just fine. Otherwise the app will crash. Hope this helps!!

Totally Useless App
It does nothing but connect to your wi-fi . No way to access the videos or photos on the storage card. No way to do anything remotely. In fact, the camera itself is useless. I guess I got what I paid for.

This app is completely useless. I just got the Hiicam Speed 10, and I was under the impression that this app was useful, but like the other reviews said this app is trash. They need to make an app that actually works properly, and does what it’s supposed to do.

This worked for about 2 minutes after downloaded then started acting up. I have tried everything to make this app and camera work together to no avail.

Needs Work!
When you register in the application, it does not allow complex passwords for accounts. Also, the app will not work if you have VPN enabled on your phone. In today’s security landscape, it is unacceptable to be unable to handle complex passwords and VPN.
