八爪猿青少年应用开发训练营学生毕业作品。帮助一起学习编程的小伙伴练习 HIIT 动作，坚持锻炼身体，记录活动情况，并对学习的动作进行打分。该应用基于 SwiftUI 原生开发，包含了构建 iOS 应用常用的 SwiftUI 布局技巧，界面控件，支持中英文双语国际化，采用 CoreData 进行数据持久化。
