Don’t play tournaments

I’m changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I still can’t play on my MacBook because the location bug still exists. When I play on iOS (phone/tablet), there is still a delay when I get moved to a new table before I can actually see the action on that new table but…
The software is actually better than it used to be. I can actually play cash games and tournaments without fear that buggy software will just eat my money. And the games are as soft as the software is slow. Because of that, it’s the main site I play on.
Hijack: if you want to improve the rating further: speed things up (10ish seconds of nothing between hands is wild), fix the MacOS bug so I can play on my computer, and create a better multi-table experience.

Worst Poker App
I’ve sent several messages, pics and videos to the chat service. They don’t care. My screen freezes when I try to call a huge bet. When I have HUGE hands. This is not a coincidence. Not all the time. I’ve lost several dollars because I couldn’t call and several dollars because they kicked me out or froze randomly . Not to mention…The guy with 3% chance to win, always wins. So on the app, it’s not 3%. It’s more like 25%. This app clearly sets u up to lose hands to generate more buy-ins and deposits. Join me in reporting them to the BBB and the SEC. They are scamming and committing fraud against their consumers. This is not fair play. Texas should do better than this app

Terrible decision to make the change
It seems that every time they choose to do an update it’s always for the worst. The newest update is completely broken. Terrible lag times not being able to take your seat after you enter a tournament getting signed out in the middle of a hand having to go through the time of signing back in justifying your hand is folded. If you wanna deal with nonsensical issues, that have nothing to do with Poker, this is the site for you. If you just wanna play cards on a platform that works I’d look elsewhere.

Great app! The interface is clean, games run smoothly, and it’s easy to find a table. I haven’t had any issues with performance, and the overall experience has been fun and reliable. Definitely one of the better poker apps out there. Highly recommend!

What’s the issue with the login? I keep getting logged out and then it won’t let me log back in for sometime. I am registered in the tournament and I can’t even log in to play.
Worst software ever and the site will steal your money
This site has literally the worst software of any poker site ever. It’s painfully slow and filled with errors including shipping the pot to the wrong player. On top of that the support will simply ban your account and seize your money for absolutely no reason.

Many, many free tournaments on this app and it pays out immediately. Withdrawals and deposit’s are simple and while I don’t play cash games too often there’s usually 3-4 tables at each stake even small micro ones.
