big slay

been looking for an app like this forever i love it

Great App

Just downloaded recently, but the GUI is really cool. Kind of like a facebook just for hikers, but I see myself using it a lot more. Nice tools for when you’re actually on the trail, can’t wait to teat it out this summer!

I wish this existed in 2015

I thru hiked in 2015 and would have used this app to log my experience. I kept a journal of mileage and other notes but this would have been more helpful. I bet it would also be nice to experience the social aspect during the trail. I plan on following a couple hikers on their thru hikes this year with the app.

Hopefully I’ll be able to commit career suicide again and get another thru hike in which I’ll definitely use this.

My brother is a thru-hiker

My brother is a thru-hiker and this is the app he needed when he hiked the AT! I was his trail boss and I loved it. And I know this would have been so helpful to him.

Luckily, he just got approved for the PCT this year, and now he has the Hikerfeed app to help him!

Best app for thru hiking!

Love the app so much. It’s amazing that you can document your whole trip offline, and even post hike for previous thru hikes. Finding spots to stay is way easier as well! Highly recommend!
