Terrible

I’ll start by saying I love going into this spar, I can’t say the same for using this app.

Cosmetically it looks awful, it’s dated and the user experience is really bad, navigating between screens is awful and finding basic things is hard.

Functionally it’s even worse, the search functionality NEVER works and I can barely ever find what I’m looking for.

Please rewrite this by a professional with moderns standards.

Love the new features…. The Total Checker is awesome

Love the app

I truly love your app, you have all your items on which makes life so much easier, you can see the quantity of products available. Your team are great when it comes to delivery.
I have used other online app which are no where as easy to use, with all items displayed. You have made my life as a new mom much easier

Terrible app. Use their website

Please get a professional to do your next mobile application. You’re a great spar, do yourselves a favor and remove this from the App Store, it’s not doing you any favors. Get proper developers and a QA to design and test the next app before releasing to the public.

Kebabs

Thanks you for the best tasting kebabs, you guys really rock
Thanks for everything you do in our village

Much improved from previous versions.

Frustrating and Unintuitive

It is beyond comprehension why this app would be released and not integrate into the online store’s product listing. That the team thought it would be a good user experience to have to capture products, that already exist in the store’s POS and the online shop, in order to buy them speaks to the lack of foresight of this app.

How is there no barcode scanning functionality yet I am able to take a photo of a product? Why am I even taking a picture? Why can’t the developers process the barcode server-side and populate the product details for me? If the product didn’t exist it would make sense to then capture the details.

This is 2020, why is it that the only entry point to creating an order is a process that would take 20 minutes (to manually capture 10 items)? It’s quicker to get in my car and go to the shop and buy it myself or better yet, use the website!

Amateur

A really poor quality app. Clearly no QA testing done.
