Lousy Points Accumulation System
Troublesome & unrewarding reward system that feels like a punishment rather than a reward. Needs shops to scan the app/receipt. Not user friendly unlike Capital Mall’s. I always avoid making big purchases at this mall.
Frustrating app
Always have problem scanning Merchant QR code. My screen will say it has send request to merchant successfully but their screen will not show. Troublesome for them to attend to me and troubleshoot the problem. Need better solution for the points to be credited more effectively
Not convenient to use !
Make cashier extra job! Not convenient to use it ! We need to scan QR from cashier after that still need cashier to take photo.. sometimes after scan QR still stucks in same place... only have one cashier will make their cashier become long queue. Hillion should learn from Fraser or Capitaland plssss

Not useful app
So troublesome still need to look for cashiers to scan and add the purchase. Really lousy app! Disappointed!
Good initiative but should review
Good initiative to reward customers. But too cumbersome that the merchant still need to scan the receipt and sometimes fail after submit. It also slows down the cashier
IPhone X difficulty camera
The apps difficulty launching camera. Hope developer can do something about it.
