So many things I can do with this app-it’s great!
Glitched app
This app regularly has issues that never get resolved. Most frustratingly, the app will lock you out of your account if your password is put in incorrectly 3 times. If you password is forced to be updated and you have faceID on, just know you'll have to call cause you'll get locked out so quick. Honestly useless app and enough reason to look into other banks. Banks functioning in the past are obsolete

Once a week it goes down where you can’t check your balances when you make a deposit it doesn’t show it. You have to call in and get Hills Bank to tell you what your balance is.

At times the savings and checking accounts don’t come up when you’re trying to do a transfer. You have to scroll and scroll and scroll till they finally appear.
