Easy to use but hard to find things

Easy enough to use, but drop down menus are not intuitive to me. Hard to find what I’m looking for such as bill pay and transferring funds. Also bill paying has multiple steps so using on phone is choppy. Even hard to leave a rating from my phone. Also, doesn’t remember my facial recognition so have to fully log in each time and use my password wallet.

Powerfully simple and so helpful!

This is what good banking is about! Being able to do most of your banking activities from anywhere! Very easy to use! Love it so much that I moved out of state to Georgia and decided to leave my accounts at Hills Bank in Iowa.
