Terrible app
Constant issues with the app not letting me do anything I need to. It’s almost more worth my time driving the 3.5 hours to the nearest branch to withdraw my cash than transfer it.

The people in the organization are the key to the secret the Hilltop National Bank. Personally I'm an idiot but they were always there to tell me what I did wrong & how I did it & solid help suggestions on how to fix it.

Very user friendly
I have had many different accounts and this is one of the best on line banking/mobile apps that I have used. Very easy to navigate, great features and very secure. Thank you Hilltop Bank.
Password/ apps goes not show up under apps
The password, every month when I need to pay bills I am required to inter my PW To access the bill pay and I have to reset my PW and of the time the bank has to change my PW and then I can get into bill pay! I have downloaded the app but it doesn’t show up with all the other apps, to check to see if the app needs updating, I have to search for the hilltop app to see if it needs updating!

Does Not Have Zelle
Easy access to account(s), however bank and Zelle app say they have Zelle on the app, but it doesn’t—4 stars just for that alone
Slow loading
The app often loads very slow and it can take me like ten minutes to get the card section opened to open or close my card. Please fix it!

Dissatisfied
I’ve had nothing but problems with Hilltop’s app and online banking. It does not work well with other apps, there are frequent login problems, and the login problems are not easily resolved. The app, online banking, and poor quality of debit cards has me looking for a different bank.
Constantly freezes up
This app would be so much better if I didn’t have to uninstall it, and then reinstall it, over and over again because it freezes up so much. I love how easy it is to use when it actually works.

This bank doesn’t care
This bank has done nothing to help me. I’ve trie d many times to contact them about simple monthly payments and I’m placed on hold for hours. This bank only cares about large money accounts
Constant error messages
For such an important app, you’d expect it to run smoothly especially when you need it most. But multiple “error” messages pop up and signing in isn’t an option until it decides to start working again. Definitely not a reliable app
