Downgraded from the last version!
The change from Favorites to Groups is a disaster on iPadOS. The UI is excessively oversized, and more importantly, you can no longer add the same device multiple times within a group. Previously, this was extremely useful if you wanted different monitoring layouts. For example, View 1 could include cameras 1, 2, 3, and 4, while View 2 could include cameras 1, 2, 3, and 5. You could simply swipe between pages in Favorites to switch layouts. Now that’s no longer possible, and you’re forced to create multiple groups instead. Managing them is also much more difficult because of the oversized, poorly optimized UI. This is a complete step backward. I honestly don’t understand what the developers were thinking.

Technical Issues After the Latest App Update

I am writing to report several issues I have encountered with the app immediately after installing the latest update.
I have noticed severe lagging and frequent freezing during use. Additionally, there is a glitch causing confusion and distortion in the image displays, and the internal settings have become unstable and disordered.
I hope you can look into these bugs and release a corrective update as soon as possible, as these issues are significantly impacting the user experience and camera monitoring.

No alerts of playback
I’m not getting any camera alerts and no reason for why not! Help is non existent

Preset settings not working
I can’t set any preset camera positions from the app anymore. The problem started a year ago after an update. I can select old preset positions, but can’t create new ones.
Can’t load cameras now
All of a sudden trying to load cameras on cellular will not load or load sometimes or just take forever to load. SD seems to work better. This is very poor service and should be rectified immediately as people can’t access their cameras. For some reason wifi works flawlessly

Boa noite! Será que seria possível que fosse feito ajustes no app, no dvr, na plataforma para que fosse acertado a questão de alarmes falsos?
Vejo que nas configurações há opções de selecionar para que seja detectado humanos, carros e etc, e não animais e pets!!
No entanto recebo toda noite mais de 100 falsos alarmes de movimento, que quando bem observado e São quase indetectáveis, alarmes de mariposas ou algum inseto que não deveria ser detectado por serem muito pequenos!
Realmente todos os dias são muitos alarmes de movimento que precisam ser corrigidos!!

App now causing issues with dvr
Since the latest update about a week ago, hilook now causes an issue when i use hilook on my ipad to reach my dvr.
After hilook hits my dvr, our iphones that use hik vision (red) app all then see connection errors when trying to reach the dvr.
Leave for a time, make sure you dont use hilook, try again with iphones hik vision (red) app and it all works again.
Hit dvr with hilook again from ipad and it breaks access again from hik vision.

Crashing my NVR!!
The latest iPad update causes my Hikvision NVR to crash. The iPhone version works fine. Please fix this.
Latest update not working
After the recent update my devices are not showing and even I am not able to add them again, application showing that device added but its not retaining.

Was ok until last update - playback lagging or shows some previously viewed time frame.

Password recovery is broken
This app crashes when trying to recover password with QR code via camera or photo. iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 26.1. App is fully updated. Worse the .bmp export option via email is also broken. Do not trust this company to provide a seamless password recovery experience. Just awful and incredibly frustrating.

Very disappointing
It keeps loading for much a long time and at the end app will it get shuts down automatically. It is not only for the first time., we try for 5times only once the cam will open. Totally disappointing and worst.
