Quantity input for orders improved. - No longer has placeholders. - Pressing the 'plus' button now gives an error message if the quantity is empty / too low. - All non-numeric input is now blocked. Trying to order with invalid input previously crashed the app. Fixed a bug where pressing cancel when sorting would crash the app.
