This app should be called scam app
Im new to this app and i already see that this app is a scam just like bigo live
Disgraceful
Customer service through the app is a complete joke, you present an issue and receive a short non helpful response and they close the ticket. Spend money to receive what they consider better customer support, it is roughly the same with banter between you and the agent. They provide links that do not work and won’t verify they work on their end. Attempt to delete your account and you’re told you can not do it, withholding personal information on their servers without permission. If you can not delete your account why is there an option to do so? You can absolutely delete your account if you don’t spend money there, if you do spend money they won’t allow deletion in hopes you’ll dump more money in to the app. They say they do not allow nudity or children to broad cast but if you report a broadcast, they either need to investigate it further or disable some features. Unless it’s a new account then they don’t care to ban it because it’s of no monetary value to them. This is a ridiculous app and definitely not recommend. Also this is a LiveMe sister app. Just incase they get removed from the AppStore again.
