cant register
I bought device but now I cant register for a new account. it says failed. the website on device package is not accurate.

I bought this product and downloaded the app, I tried to register but it keeps on failing, I’ve left a review on Amazon but nothing! This product is a scam cause you don’t manage to get in contact with anyone after purchasing the product and registration fails! Don’t get it!

Tried on both iPhone and android, but I can’t even set up an account to login and start using the app with the device I bought. The website apparently doesn’t exist anymore either. I am returning my device since it’s useless without access to the app. Very disappointed.

Not reliable
This would be so great if it worked. It’s just not reliable which makes it pretty worthless. The device often can’t sync to the app. Data gets lost, super frustrating.
Instrucion video needed
I’m having a very hard time figuring out how to use the app. I wish there was a video that demonstrate how to use the app in its entirety. Also, is Is there a prediction signaling You’re fertile. So that you can take advantage of it before you actually ovulate For those who are trying to conceive & have irregular cycles

Device DOA app buggy
The device I received directly from Himama was dead on arrival - won’t charge properly, won’t “bind” properly, doesn’t record data overnight, and won’t sync. Contacted support through the website because you cannot do so in the app. Got one email back saying “looks like you got a defective device can we have your address” and then nothing since providing my address.
Cannot recommend either the device or the app.

Himama changed my life!
All my life I have suffered from Polycystic Ovaries and that causes me a lot of stress because I find it hard to regulate myself hormonally. Therefore, I am easily distressed and I tend to be impulsive in times of stress, but since I am using the Himama Monitor my life has completely changed, because I have been regulating myself little by little, following the steps indicated and using the Monitor every night for 6 months. I feel happy, grateful and blessed to be able to count with the Himama Team to guide me in every step of this wonderful path. Thank you!

Time to take out the garbage, I hope this device goes with it
This app used to work really well, but now it takes an eternity to sync the device, as if I have time for that in the morning! I should just be able to click the sink button, and have it copy my temperature data over, but no. Instead I have to hit the sync button, spin around in circles, bark like a dog, stand on my head, you get the idea. It doesn’t sink no matter what I do, and it’s not worth it for the money you pay.

Doesn’t work for nigh shift workers
I bought this app, because I work rotating shifts, so manual temping wasn’t giving me a great pattern. This works great when I sleep at night, but if I sleep during the day, it always says I wake up by noon, so it doesn’t have enough time to take my temperature-even if I sleep well until 3-4 pm. I think there’s some time cutoff in the app at noon preventing it from recording my sleep after 12 pm. I have had to use my manual thermometer after every single night shift.
Otherwise it’s very comfortable. If you don’t have to sleep during the day, I would definitely recommend it. If you work night shifts though, don’t waste your money.

Device is awesome, app not so much.
Himama works really well, but navigating the app is difficult. You will basically need to manually input your temps into a more reliable app. I hope they can fix the issues.
