Horrible service and delivery
I want to advice don’t use this app. The use UPS to deliver their products and you’ll have many problems with them due to they never deliver anything. They don’t take accountability of the horrible delivery service that they hire and they never answer at time. I highly recommend use any other app what does the same

Fast and reliable
I was happy to speak with a Canadian doctor from Ontario. Delivery was fast and still cold when it got to my door. I was worried because it was hot outside but some ice packs were still completely frozen when I arrived home after work.

Fast service. Answered all my question as I was really hesitant but all my questions were answered promptly and could get the care I need

Stole my money
At first I loved the app the shipment worked great for the first dose and arrived quickly. The second dose - UPS tried a delivery when I was in my backyard and left a note so I signed online so they could leave it. The next day it says it was delivered and it was a totally random house - not mine and no idea where it went. I tried contacting support via the app chat AND email. Was completely ignored, zero response that is going to cause me to miss a dose. I’m extremely upset and out $144 for an error that was NOT made on my end. I was ignored, and now they are putting my health at risk. I have to dispute the charge with the credit card company and cancel my care with them now because I don’t trust them after being ignored.

Horrible
The app doesn’t show a lot of the important information like your chat history, your previous treatment plans, etc. etc. It also doesn’t provide you any information about upcoming charges. And hers itself will purposely give you less refills so you have to have extra $100 consultation/renewal fee fees more often.

Hidden fees
The experience overall was BAD, the customer service is terrible and they split the fee for medication & consultation even, fees that they’re never disclosed in their page. I’m waiting on a response regarding a cancellation and a refund. Do not trust this app or company

The goods were not received and charged me an additional 49 Canadian dollars, customer service did not reply all the way is deception component I believe
No transparency for cost of consult
While it’s nice not to be able to say anything to get a GLP1, the consult is advertised as free but they still charge $99 for a consult. This is a scam for Canadians and no confirmation of payment, receipt, invoice or anything was provided. Seems unlawful, definitely try a Canadian site like Maple or something instead.

Customer support seems to be fully run by AI, not live agents. Was charged for treatment then had it cancelled on me without any explanation or confirmation. Extremely slow and lack of support from their team

I was a bit skeptical at first, but this ended up being one of the easiest healthcare apps I’ve used. Everything was simple and fast, and the support team was really helpful whenever I had questions. Definitely made the whole process way less stressful.

Deceiving
I log in the site with gmail authentication, but the app doesn’t have the same option.
The site keeps directing me to download the app but I can’t login.
So I’m having trouble using the site by the cellphone because it keeps opening the app.

I am desired again thanks to hims and her
I used to weight 250 pounds at 5’9, life was miserable. I had thought hinge or tinder would solve my issue but I always ended up alone. Today I weigh 180 at 5’10 and I can’t pick between all the women who are very interested in me. Perhaps hims has caused me this problem but in life there are good and bad problems, i will let you be the judge for this one.
