Surprisingly effective for ADHD
I've been enjoying this app greatly. I'm not sure how often updates are released but the one feature I think would be most useful at the moment for me at least is being able hide/archive categories or even just individual items. Otherwise it does get difficult to keep it focused and uncluttered.
Fantastic Tool
Yeah Apple reminders can basically do the same thing but Iβve been using this for years just to hold those dates and see the passage of time.

Wonderful tool at my fingertips
Changing air filters, electric toothbrush heads, etc are tasks that need reminding. And this tool does it so well that I rely on it more and more. The interface is simple and straightforward. Love it!
Abandoned app? Notifications/badges unreliable.
The notification/badges for overdue events are often wrong. It will either not display at all, until you open the app and manually check it, or the count will be wrong. (Badge shows 1 but 3 are overdue, etc). Sometimes opening and closing app fixes it, sometimes you have to change categories to force a refresh, and sometimes it glitches and shows random changing numbers in a burst. At this point itβs so unreliable I have lost trust in it. I emailed the developer logs and screen recordings of this behavior months ago, but there still is no fix. Itβs a shame because otherwise itβs a great app but the lack of response to such a major issue has me thinking the developer has abandoned support of this app.

i cycled through so many apps looking for exactly this functionality. this app is the perfect solution. it does all you need without being overloaded with countdowns like others.

The time is not being updated in widget until you click on it and open the app itself. Frustrating.
Also, make possibility to leave some note in each event. Itβs just a must.

Perfect app
I love this app so much. I use it daily for tracking my medication. Also, for household tasks like watering my houseplants, and self care things like going to a spa or seeing specific people. I have the widget on my main screen, and I use the Shortcuts support so that I can tell Siri when Iβve taken my meds!

Unique Functionality
I love the unique perspective this app gives on tasks. It allows keeping comprehensive lists of things that need some sort of βmaintenanceβ, but with out being rigidly tied to a calendar with incessant notifications, reminders etc.

Does exactly what it says it does and does it well. Love the categories and color coding.
My only suggestion is that it would be nice to have a bigger text box for the notes on each item.
