Mera experience Hindustan Wellness ke saath bahut hi disappointing raha. Jab bhi doctor se baat karne ki koshish ki, har baar bas call transfer karne ka natak kiya gaya. Mujhe kisi doctor ka proper prescription nahi diya gaya – sirf test karwane ki salahatein dete rahe bina kisi clarity ke. Aisa laga jaise inka focus sirf paisa kamane par hai, patient ki health par nahi.
Har baar ek hi script repeat karte hain – “ye test kara lo, wo test kara lo” – bina kisi proper medical explanation ke. Mujhe lagta hai yeh platform sirf marketing aur unnecessary tests karwane ke liye bana hai. Doctor ka support zero tha. Overall, ek dum bekaar aur misleading service. Kisi ko recommend nahi karunga.

No respect for the customer privacy
It’s been 2-3 year since I have been associated with Hindustan Wellness and the service experience is satisfactory but I am not writing this review to rate the services here instead I want to highlight what their team is doing. They have been calling me since past 2-3 years every month at least 3-5 calls. Each time u have told them that u have your number and I will reach out myself in case I want to and asked them to remove my number from their calling list. It’s unbearable now, I have taken number from their team and called them specifically not to call. But no help still. I am receiving regular calls from
them every week. This is clear they don’t respect the time neither do they value the privacy.

Very bad performance
Hindustan Wellness company performance has become worst. No doctor and dietitian call being arranged inspite of repeated follow up even for 4 days . I wonder what is going wrong with this company. I had similar experience even When I got my test done before 6 months. This is a classic example how a company goes from excellent performance to worst performance and they do not take care for even their regular customers.

Worst Service – Highly Unreliable
completely unreliable. Most of the time, they mix up samples, and reports are either delayed or never generated. Customer support is terrible—they happily pick up calls when booking, but the moment you need your report, they stop responding. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Avoid at all costs!

The company - right from regional manager Shivam to the team at the call centre - Dheeraj, ashutosh manisha are all incompetent and useless. Please find another lab.

Health test/check-up
I was told that I shall be charged 2,000/- for the Maxima Wellness program and 500/- for the testestrone test that have already been conducted today in the morning. I got to know that you have even been conducting the testosterone test for an amount of 50/-.

Wow. Completely new look
The app has gone through a complete change. Awesome looking and very fast. There is new feature - free doctor consultation service. Tried it. Its good. Good the prescription immediately and later could order medicines and tests
You can try them for sure
Packages are many and cost is also competitive. Reports are generally available on time and support is good. App can be better.
False information
On the call I was told that the report will be available the same day or max within 24 hours. Now it’s been close to 2 days and they are saying it will upload after 72 hours. These are just normal test package and no special tests. Based on what the agent told me I got appointment for my mother in Fortis and now I have to cancel. I got the result back within 8 hours for the same tests with other labs.
They say anything on the phone and then do not keep on their words. If you need test results fast I suggest not to trust them

Not appropriate staff and service
I have booked slot for test for the first time with Hindustan wellness but no one came to receive the sample. I tried to contact with Customer care but not received a satisfaction from them. I have waste my two days for the simple full body test and still test have not done.

Pathetic Services
One of the most pathetic services i came across…call centre is just nonsense…no one cares for anything ….else a revert - Sir we will arrange a call back….and call never comes back…
This is the 2nd instance with me in 15 days that i am struggling to get the requested services where the call Center assured for the same.
I suggest to avoid this nd have consultations with the nearby facility

Terrible services
I booked a routine checkup for myself and my husband, they came for the samples and as per the reports they suggested me to get additional tests done as they were not able to detect the issue in the first report for which I paid 3500 extra over and above 3000 that I initially paid. I got those tests done and since then I am calling them every day to know what is the result and and what should I do about it now. But they are so terrible that they make false commitments every day that doctor will call me within 24hrs to help me. It’s been more than 10days and I am reaching out to them everyday. They have taken the money, scared me about the report and then not even helping me with the services. Worst service ever. I will never recommend anyone to use Hindustan wellness.

Bad experience
They will be in contact or keep on asking you and push you to take tests and after they get their payment done they don’t even bother about the promise they said about the doctor consultation. I was waiting and kept on asking the person about this and they don’t reply properly and says the doctors are busy

App stops in between
Inefficient app. Stops in between. Customer care will not inform you during booking that app is under maintenance and let customer suffer with no report even after more than 24 hours of test. If you call customer care they will give you a time slot of more than 30 hours from test for report and will say since app is not working they will mail. I updated my mail on app but customer care said my mail is not with them. I got my parents tested from here but partial report in my father’s name appearing in my name. So much of inconvenience. I regret choosing them.
