Will ban your account for no reason, all run by ai & really bad customer service. Don’t see the point in having a dating app if you don’t allow people to use the app; will also send out a mass email to your matches insinuating you are fraudulent. If this has happened to anyone else I recommend seeking legal advice for defamation btw

I’d honestly given up on dating apps but not on love. My co-worker whom found her fiance on Hinge urged me to “try one more time”. I literally just redownload the app to try get my self out their and then all of a sudden I’m banned because I look under age I’m literally 19 I don’t look like under age so thanks guys I’m literally 19 years old not not a young teenager I can’t even make a new account because you guys will just remove them

They wrongfully banned me after accusing me of violating their terms of service when I've not violated any terms of service. I asked for more information about what I'm alleged to have done and they ignored me and simply said my account is permanently banned.
