New update for Hionec Fit doesn’t work.

I updated the software as told to do via a text or email.
Since updating I can only access the basic functionality of the software.
1. I have tried to register 3-4 times and that doesn’t work!
2. I’ve sent 3 emails to Help/Customer Service. No reply!
3. Can’t access any of the equalizer options for hearing aid an music functions!

I do like the product for the most part. But I’m getting frustrated with the fact that since updating not all functionality is available. I’m babysitting our grandkids so I haven’t had the time to locate a Phone number for Customer Service. But I will on Monday. Hopefully it’s a simple fix however I’m still wondering why None of my 3 emails haven’t been recognized. Thanks in advance
