Unable to text back
If somebody inquiries about anything via intellibot or the leads funnel and you choose to text back-it will flash as a ‘home phone line or invalid phone number’ and the app doesn’t allow you to respond via the texting platform that they offer and forced to to ‘miss’ the lead. Its been an issue since the app came out and ive passed suggestions to help fix it to my sales crew but its gone unheard. As well as the fact that theres no turning off your ‘notifications’ for ‘new’ leads.
