I hope you are doing well.
I am contacting you regarding the permanent ban on my account, which I believe may have been triggered due to the use of a VPN. I sincerely apologize for this, as I was not aware that it could lead to such a serious violation. It was never my intention to break any rules.
However, I would like to bring to your attention an important concern. Before the ban, I had purchased coins on my account, and unfortunately, I was banned immediately after making an additional purchase. As a result, I was not able to use the coins I paid for at all.
This situation feels very unfair from my perspective, as I have financially supported the platform but lost access to both my account and unused purchases without any warning.
I respectfully request one of the following:
- A full review and reinstatement of my account, OR
- Compensation/refund for the unused coins that I purchased
I genuinely enjoyed using HiParty and being part of its community, and I am fully committed to following all rules moving forward. I assure you that I will not use VPN or engage in any restricted activity again.
Please kindly reconsider my case. I would greatly appreciate your understanding and support in resolving this issue.

I do not recommend it at all. There are many errors in it and the percentage of luck in the games is very low. Even the gambling halls actually have a better percentage of luck than this application. The people responsible for the application are not friendly. I spoke with one of them and he said to get out of the application and he laughed at me even though I charged this application within a week with about 450 euros. Unfortunately, I will delete it. It is a bad application and a very bad experience. I do not recommend it to anyone at all.

My only complaint is the wheels that doesn’t work sometimes & it said you will will win 100% but i did not win 2000 so far it is only been 50 or 10 that all I cn say.
