“Free cancellation” should mean entirely free cancellation, and not “minus hipcamp fees” (which you will only see in fine print, and not be prompted with when you book and cancel). Have had too many overpriced campsites with hipcamp that are more like refugee camps -packed tightly to other sites, overgrown with poison ivy, or promising solitude and serenity with photos of off-property features that are presented as though they are on property.

Great variety of campsites!
I’ve only just started camping in my car. So far, I’ve found this app to be the most helpful in finding fun and different campsites!
Second visit
Another amazing relaxing 5 days. Rod & Kelly are fantastic hosts once again. Our Kindred Acres is one of our favourite places to camp. Even our dog Nelson has a great time, comes home tired every time. Thank you again Rod,Kelly & Ruby (ruby the red heeler)
Great app, aside from one missing feature!
The ability to collaborate with other hipcampers on a saved list to plan a trip together would be absolutely fantastic and bump this up to a 5-star app!
