Hipcamp is a SCAM

Hipcamp is a scam. Beware they keep admin fees even if you’re well within the cancellation window. My admin fees were $155 which they would not refund. $155 is the cost of a hotel room. Hotel and Airbnbs have a a better cancellation/ refund policy. If there is even a slight chance of cancellation, DO NOT book anything through Hipcamp.

Glitchy Interface

Interface keeps erroring that I do not have internet connection when in fact I do. This makes checking in on messages and reservations a challenge.

please bring back topographic view

planning my campsites around hikes has become very difficult since y'all got rid of topographic view. why did you do that!? the map on the current version of the app is almost useless compared to just a couple months ago. without a clear view of mountains and roads, it feels like im looking at a void rather than helpful map. PLEASE bring back the old map view
