Good service and organized. bad shipping

First the good: the website is easy to use, has good functionality, and every step of the way you are in control.
Now the bad: you are going to get completely broken off on shipping. Have fun paying $600usd shipping like I just did. By the time you realize you messed up you are already metaphorically paddling over the waterfall and on to the shipping rocks. Ps, my order was not bulky, large, or heavy. You are gonna get roasted so beware
