Major improvements needed
The streamlined, intuitive concept is helpful in theory but leaves much to be desired. App constantly freezes while writing context for AI-generated session notes. Wouldn’t be a big deal if your progress wasn’t erased due to templates having to be manually saved intermittently. If the app is idle for variable amount of time (5-10 minutes), the session is paused OR the appointment will restart, thus shifting the start. Not practical at all if you have high support needs Client who require intense supervision or a BCBA who can’t modify appointments at a moments notice. Accessibility for disabled users is non existent (e.g., dyslexic fonts, color contrast, textual spacing etc). The visual icons accompanying prompt levels is cool and does make for faster data collection. Data entry itself is strong which is always a plus and often a sore point with other platforms. Overall, good bones but needs major improvements to be worth migrating from Central Reach, Rethink etc

I honestly don’t know how any real reviews could be more than whatever the BARE minimum for this app is!!!!!!! It’s truly horrible to use and their “feedback” button is obviously just for show!!!!! I’ve left a ton of real time feedback and nothing!
