Huge help in getting quick medical opinion

This service has been super helpful when I’ve needed to talk to a doctor about my health. I had what I thought was poison oak that had become infected over a period of a few days. It was fast and easy to to connect with a physician in a few minutes and get my rash diagnosed. Easy and quick - without having to schedule appointment or visit an office.

Great and safe alternative to office visits!

I work at a women’s health clinic where we’ve had to cut down a lot on in-person appointments since covid-19. The clinic started using hippo health for telehealth appointments and it’s been very easy to use! Patients seem to really enjoy these visits as well. This app has really helped us keep seeing patients and providing quality care.

I have used this app from the beginning of its release and the company has continued to make great strides in updates. They consistently make changes making user capability easier to understand and navigate. With time this is going to be game changing. Keep up the good work Hippo!

So so app for telehealth

Name searching is clunky. You have to type in the whole name then wait or a bunch of unrelated names show up.

That it is not a suite with an EMR makes resolving the note on hippo a waste of time having to do the same thing again on an EMR.

Overall it does its job Ok as a third party app.

Thanks for the feedback! We're aware of some changes we need to make to the search feature, and we're working on improving speed and accuracy in the next release. We're also working to adjust the visit resolution note so that it is optional and primarily for patient-facing communication. Thanks again for the feedback!
