About
A cute block puzzle in an African swamp. Drag a piece onto the board, fill a row or a column, and it clears. Three pieces at a time; when they are gone, three more come. Reach the level's goal before the moves run out, and feed the hippo a melon while you think.
That is the whole rule. What grows is the board: melons to collect by clearing their line, logs that take two clears, bombs that count down one per move, mud that grows on its own, big pieces that need big room, boulders that never clear. Every few levels something new turns up, and the first fifty are the introduction.
100 LEVELS
Every level is dealt at the desk and checked before it ships: beatable, with room to think, never a dead end you could not have seen. Every level has a par, the fewest moves it needs: clear it within two moves of par for three stars, a little further over for two, any clear for one.
CLASSIC MODE
No levels, no stars, no lives: pieces keep coming until nothing fits. As the score climbs the swamp changes and something new turns up, from melons to bombs to boulders. Chase your best.
THE HIPPO
He sits under the board and wants watermelons. Throw him one and he eats it in about five seconds, faster if you tap him. Once his power is bought, a finished melon lets him hit the board and clear the lowest row.
THE SWAMP
Between levels the hippos rest in the waterhole. Drag them about, throw them melons, tap the monkeys in the baobab. Now and then one sinks under and blows bubbles. Nobody minds.
THE SWAMP SHOP
Clearing a level for the first time pays coins. Spend them on hats and things for the swamp, extra melons, the hippo's power, or a life.
