Almost impossible to set up
It works… eventually. I want to throw all my equipment off the roof every time I have to update a control panel though, as it seems to only update when it wants to.

I am an integrator who regularly installs amp and speaker systems in people’s houses. This app does NOT work. It’s not even aspect ratio’d for current iPhone screens. Shame on Harmon for charging so much money for a terrible app. I just thought maybe it would give me some simple control during the install process. Nope. Couldn’t get it to connect to the amp. Crashed like 50 times. Just simply won’t work.

Took the risk, and it paid off
I decided to give it a shot despite the low ratings. I'm running an iPad on iOS 9.4.3 and I was able to get it to work. Make sure you're on the same network, and in Audio Architect make sure you're on the "Run Venue" option while online. As someone else mentioned, locking the panel settings seemed to help. It is very responsive while walking on the floor. No delay at all. Extremely useful for managing audio in a large facility and being able to hear the changes you're making while making them.

HiQNet Motion Control works great
This review is written on 2/5/2021. I’m using iOS 14.4, and the app works exactly as it did 5 years ago. There was a point where I couldn’t get the phone to show up in Discovered devices. I logged on with tech support, and he couldn’t get it to pop up, either. Moments later, it just suddenly showed up in NetSetter, and has worked perfectly for several days.
I’m certified with nearly all manufacturers of DSPs, and this app is by far the most powerful. Combined with truly beautiful wall remotes, there’s never been a time I couldn’t create highly functional A/V system control. Kudos to BSS Audio.

Completely outdated on new Apple devices.
Last updated was done 3 year ago, Apple moved on with their devices (iPhone and iPad) but Harman with the app didn’t. Lost of problems during design the GUI to make it working correctly on the actual devices.

Klappt einwandfrei und bin froh das es die App gibt! Zugegeben es ist nicht unbedingt alles selbsterklärend und man muss hier und da vielleicht ein paar Minuten tüfteln bis es funktioniert, aber hier darf ruhig Ahnung voraussetzen!
Die 1 Stern Bewertung ist völlig grundlos, wer nur Singen und klatschen in der Schule hatte sollte auf jeden Fall die Finger davon lassen :)

Ne fonctionne pas
Ne fonctionnait pas sur mon vieil iPad, j’ai donc acheté un iPad neuf POUR cette appli... et bien ça marche pas...

L’apps ne permet même pas de mettre des encodeurs rotatifs.
Du coup, la plupart des contrôles compresseurs ... n’est pas disponible.
Apps valable uniquement pour des volumes.
Donc Sans intérêt.
10€ de perdu.
L’AppS de chez QSC est de loin là meilleur à ce jour.

The app does work!
But it’s a pain to get there. The secret seems to be selecting “Lock App Settings” from the panel selection page in Audio Architect. That finally made the example panels go away and my panels appear.
Controls worked but did look different. For example the output meters were all red rather than graduated.

Could be better
The app itself is not bad one you get it to stay on . It can take 20 tries to keep the app active which is frustrating in a jam. I’ve used competitor apps that connect no issue and will attempt to force a connection if it gets weak rather than kick you out. Bugs need to be fixed
Works - took a risk because of other reviews
The app works great. It took a little while to find the iPad control file on the network, but after it found it, the app has been working as expected.
Not working - I want refund
The app simply doesn’t work with iOS12.

O software de edição do App é péssimo e o App tem erros grotescos de escala e pouquíssimos recursos. Um pena pois aparelhos como a linha BLU da BSS poderiam ser muito melhor explorados com um App e um editor decente.

touch control problem
Dear Harman Team, Please do something about the touch response of the app speacialy when using slider control.I am India based system intigrator and a certified Bss programmer.The app is nonusable due to poor touch response.
