This is a really good app
This app is fun and it doesn’t feel like a chore to me . It’s like I’m actually doing quests or something important like in school. The sound does not work that good so would recommend learning hiragana somewhere else first . But this app helps me stay consistent 👍
Kind of good
It’s a cute app but When I go to my first lesson it says to tap on the letter but it does not make any sound and it’s making me mad, I fixed everything on my device so it’s just the app
It Actually Works!
I've been learning Japanese on Duolingo but was struggling to learn Hirigana. This really helped me understand~~ I learned pretty quickly, too!
This is a wonderful app for Japanese!
I knew Hiragana before downloading this, but I used it anyway to help memorize the Kana. It is very useful.

i love the gacha machine and how it rewards you; but one thing i still can’t figure out is the coffee tokens you win from the machine? they seemly lead no where and it makes me sad.

Perfect for refreshing hiragana and vocab
I’m always getting my hiragana mixed up and do I really want to drill myself. This game makes it fun and simple. I haven’t seen ads and don’t seem to have to pay to progress. Mind you I do know hiragana already so my mistakes are only when I’m rushing or lazy. This would be really hard for a first timer. Also it’s nice to have a cute kawaii app, makes it feel more fun, and there’s lots or rewards to keep you getting that dopamine buzz. Without feeling like you’re being manipulated by a poke machine! (This does not seem to be a pachinko gambling type game)

The best Japanese app to learn from the ground up
Other apps I have tried learning from are too overwhelming or emphasizing more on listening rather than both reading, writing, and listening. This app does all three. It is really easy to navigate through and it is pleasant to look at. This app helped me to focus on the base fundamentals really easily. It acts as a guideline on what to learn first when learning Japanese. Overall an amazing app!

Everything is good except
Whole app is good, graphics are good, rewards are good, would def recommend, one of the best apps
Here are some problems:
- lesson 13 has the incorrect romanizations
- the pronunciations are too short
- there is no writing (like you can’t write out the hiragana which is important)

I like this app but when the speaker pronounces something, it’s a little short to hear the pronunciation good enough.

Hi there! If you're looking for the Kana Chart, there is a button in the Lessons area. Your personal Kotoba list will be in the study area. when you take challenges and quizzes, kotoba you encounter will automagically be added to your personal list. Thanks for playing!
