Easy to use
I’ve used a few job platforms before and HiredAI feels much more modern and organized. The application process was simple and the AI matching features actually helped me find relevant jobs faster. Definitely worth trying if you’re actively job searching.
Doesn’t feel very AI
I gave it a try. It had me upload my resume for no apparent reason. Didn’t auto load it anywhere. Have me fill out a profile that should have just been the resume upload, but you basically fill your resume out again. But be warned, start with your oldest experience first, then to newest. Otherwise it will come out backwards and there’s no easy way to fix it unless you redo it all.
Then you can turn the AI option to auto apply. Annnnnd no filters or preferences. You can go to the job board, no way to narrow down your search outside of “just America generally.”
This is miles away from an app like indeed.
