Dehumanizing
We seek permanent dismantling of this system, or an actual choice in interview processes, such as making available an interview process where there is a back and forth. The current experience is not an interview and purposefully stretches the practical meaning of what an interview entails. This platform is designed to strip every ounce of humanity out of the hiring process. By utilizing one-way video recordings, the power dynamic becomes completely asymmetrical. Candidates cannot ask questions, read the room, or engage in natural dialogue. Because human beings are biologically wired for reciprocal communication, talking into a dead lens causes severe anxiety, setting applicants up to fail and ensuring the employer never actually sees their true potential. For some (not all) neurodivergent individuals like myself, being put forth questions and a time limit without a back-and-forth causes sudden performance anxiety, a need to follow an internal script, a need to be perfect over the need to communicate. In fact, neurotypical individuals would find this very off putting too, thus putting them at a disadvantage, as the neurotypical brain is hardwired for communication to have a receiver who then communicates back, not to communicate as a performance. This causes ALSO social media personalities to have an unfair advantage in the interview process, those who don’t stutter, those who aren’t suddenly anxious when made to perform as opposed to converse, all without a proper clue into actual work performance. In a retail environment like Target, workers aren’t behind a screen answering guests questions and performing in a video to be submitted for post reaction, they are physically present and on hand for a back and forth. You have essentially taken away the smallest indicator of skill and replaced it with checking boxes. Whether a tired recruiter or predictive algorithm, the power dynamic of this grading fails the community people who not only need, but the thrive in this environment, simply because they failed to improv a performance.

Got charged 4$ and couldn’t do my interview without getting charged
I got an interview link from a job and told me to download the app but force me to put my card number and charged me 4$ even though it doesn’t say I have to pay that. Seem like a scam

TERRRIIIBBBBLLLLEEE!!!!
I downloaded this App 3 weeks before my interview. I tested it several times before the interview. I had it opened 40 minutes prior. Time came and went. 1 hour in total time. Got nothing. My phone automatically opened to the app!!! 4 hours later, fully functional and working. I’m freaking LIVID this stupid app didn’t work!!!

Awful and Impersonal
I’m impressed, they’ve actually found a way to make interviewing for a job worse. Step 1 - Download and install an app app with a 15 page TOS. Step 2 - Watch an out of sync instructional video. Step 3 - Race a countdown clock to improvise a Tiktok video on a subject of your potential employers choosing. Step 4 - Repeat step 3 until irritated. Why WOULDN’T you pick your employees this way?

For those who don’t know, this company is an AI screening and recruiting system. A human does see your recorded interview first, but instead, AI gauges and screens your personality with facial recognition, looks for keywords said, and god knows who is the one to actual view this videos, where it’s saved and how your data, voice and face is used.

なかなか接続されず面接受けられなかった、、、

人によっては家で面接は無理かも。
あと初めてこれで面接した時 知らないツールだったから少し混乱した、ズームのほうがいい。

酷いです
ビデオで回答の質問文が表示されず、いくら待っても本体を再起動しても改善されないので1度アプリを消して再インストールしたら質問が表示されました。1問進むたびにアプリが落ちて上記のことを繰り返し、さすがに不快感を覚えました。
挙句の果てに、本番で上手くいった回答を送信しようとしたところ、今度はいくら待っても回答が送信できません(笑)
アプリ・本体を再起動してもやはり改善される気配はなく、仕方が無いのでまたアプリを再インストールしました。そうしたらもう1度回答させられたのですが、そこで今度は失敗してしまい(まあ、これは私が悪いのですが。)2度まで撮影可能とあったのでもう一度撮りなおそうとしたら送信画面に切り替わり、勝手に送信されてしまいました。
先程の上手くいったのに送信できなかった方が1回目とカウントされてしまったのでしょうか。(笑)通信環境も良好でしたし、送信できなかった原因としてこちらの落ち度は全くないのでアプリ側の過失なのではないでしょうか。とにかく色々と酷いです。アプリに悪いレビューなんて初めて書きました。開発チームの方々、一刻も早い改善をお願いいたします。

I was downloading the app per request by an employer to complete a job interview. The app states you will not be charged until you make a purchase and does not show any amount or state that it costs to download and charges $10.71 as soon as you download it. Very disappointed.
Terrible and awkward experience
Simply put, it’s awful. Adds pressure, elevate unnecessary self awareness, creating unwanted psychological tension on the user. I have used it, it was not pleasant. All my coworkers who had been through the same process all agreed. It’s still a good idea but needs some major feature improvement to make people feeling comfortable.

This app is so disgusting that I told myself anybody who try’s to interview me this way..I’m no longer interested. Worst app ever created, wish I could give zero stars but unfortunately I can’t. Poor setup
The way the app runs you don't submit your interview as one final product but for some reason as individual pieces. There is no reviewing the final product and the next button is also the submit button. I have never seen an online resume or application where when you go to the next page it submits the prior. This is not common practice and no one should have to wonder if they can’t finish their work and look at the whole picture. Also if your service is to act as a medium for interviews why would you choose to go against the common practice? Why make your experience and specific style a unique challenge that interviewees have to add to their interview preparations?
Further I believe little real effort was made to account for this and ensure people are made aware. Mentioning it in a body of text within one link on you FAQ page on the tech help page is to the point of devious.

This shouldn’t determine one’s ability to be an employee with a company. This was my first attempt in interviewing and it was a disaster. I have ptsd and it was difficult to be timed.
Terrible
If any job requires me to use this app for the next part of a job process I immediately just accept that I’m not getting that job. This app is extremely bugged. The only time I used it it kept stopping and starting the recording, and I’m pretty sure the company heard my profanity from the utter frustration. It was a one time experience that told me that this app isn’t ready and shouldn’t be accessible to anyone

Glitchy
The interview started out ok but then the video would start recording an answer, randomly stop, then say there was an error. One of the answers it summited, without me clicking on the submit button, or it just went to the next question. I miss the days where your future wasn’t determined by a stupid app.

Needs help
This app is no good, it puts to much pressure on the users. There is no turn on camera feature or at least a pixel feature. The app itself has not a lot of directions. Overall I give this app a 1.5 Please do better!!
