The App doesn’t work with SIngle Sign On
I love the web based functionality of JobVite. The ATS is one of the best I’ve used. However this app has been a terrible experience. I was constantly told they were working on fixed and upgraded for over a year. It has never worked. I had to beg to get someone from their tech team to talk to our tech team. It’s such a shame. It’s been so frustrating because we have many hiring a managers that are in the go. We needed this to work and clearly it doesn’t.

Basic and non- functioning.
Can’t view cv through app. Limited functionality compare to webpage. Cannot send hiring team / candidate invite through app.
SSO doesn’t work
The SSO feature simply doesn’t work, which prevents me from getting logged into the app.

Gets the job done
Nothing mind blowing, but very helpful as a hiring manager to quickly review new applicants, screen/disposition them, leave notes, collab with my hiring team, and call candidates when needed. Minus 1 star because you need their other app for texting candidates.
SSO doesn’t work
SSO (MS Azure AD) doesn’t wok. This app is useless if I can’t login. Obviously an immature app.
Lacks basic functionality
For being one of the most widely used ATS I’m surprised by the lack of functionality with this app.
No iPad Version...REALLY?
I use my iPad constantly at work and your app won’t orientate for my iPad display??? That is rinky-dink! Get your developers motivated and port this to iPad!!!

Crashes every time on launch. It would be helpful to have an iPad version.

Haven’t been able to use this because it crashes on launch immediately. Most recent version of the app (2.17) on iOS 12.1.
Doesn’t work, app keeps crashing
I downloaded the app and it doesn’t even let me launch it. When I go to launch it, it just crashes, I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, still didn’t work
Don’t bother downloading
Poorly designed mobile app. Not a lot of thought put into the design. Most importantly...it’s absolutely not good for recruiters on the move! It DOES NOT offer the ability to e-mail a candidates within the app. It DOES NOT offer the ability to send out interview calendar reminders to candidates within the app. It DOES NOT even give us in-app notification when a new candidate applies.... Customer service made it clear to me there was no plan to update their mobile app any time soon. (even the Jobvite customer service agent I spoke to said they get a lot of feedback the mobile app is horrible!!) Jobvite: what gives? I wanted to love your product, but the enormous lack of basic features is just going to keep me chained to a desk. Give us a mobile app that allows us to do our BASIC recruiting functions on the go.

Wanted to love this...
I really wanted to love this app. My company uses Jobvite, and as a hiring manager whose primary work system is an iPad Pro, this would have made my life so much better! Unfortunately, it suffers from two critical flaws. The UI and workflow are very limited and difficult to navigate - for example, the candidate list on a requisition doesn’t show applicant status and the filtering options are terrible. But I could muddle through that if the UI supported an iPad in landscape mode with a keyboard. Which it doesn’t. This app seems like a decent first attempt, but it needs to be made a lot more functional.

Tech recruiter
The user experience is so basic and I can't navigate. Why can't I search all candidates? Why can't I search through requisitions active and closed? Basically all you can do with is look at active candidate profiles.
Doesn't Allow Employer Log In
Will not allow me to log in with my company email. It keeps telling me that I am a jobseeker and not an employer....
Where is the functionality?
I was pleased to see I have an interview tomorrow but my calendar says the same thing. I need to be able to screen candidates!
Login issues
I'd love to know how it really works, but you can't get past the initial login screen. Any email address I give, I'm met with a "please enter a valid email" error.
