Hate the update
I bought the agency plan so that I could have a white label app. Now the new update is filled with “suggested” shows and other garbage unrelated to my brand. Just awful.
Good concept, Bad Service
I sincerely hope you have a good experience with Hiro. I unfortunately didn’t. It wasn’t the app itself. As a concept, it’s good. But it was the bad faith dishonesty from the service behind the app, primarily with their dispute handling conduct. So far, it’s the worst I’ve encountered.
Great podcast app
I like that you can see resources and show notes. Theses are very helpful.
Great for listeners & hosts
Hiro is extremely user friendly. Easy for both listeners and hosts. I love you can add additional attachments and videos to deeper the relationship with your listeners. Highly recommend !
