On Android you can download the language pack for your language the first time you need it. Receipt scanning runs on the device too. Point the camera at a receipt and the merchant, date and total are read on the phone — the photograph itself never leaves it. Fields we are unsure about are marked so you know what to check, and if the amounts on a receipt do not add up we say so rather than quietly saving the total. We now warn you before saving the same thing twice. Scan a receipt you already saved, or repeat a spoken expense, and you get a heads-up instead of a duplicate in your ledger.
