Worked great, now no playback, help!
The camera and app were a little tricky to set up but once I got it done they both worked perfectly and I was very happy with it. That was seven months ago. Unfortunately for the past two months or so I haven’t been able to view any kind of playback, whether I get an alarm or just go into playback from the live feed. I’ve reset and researched and tried everything so now I’m reaching out. I can view live feed only which is so frustrating because I still get alerts and I can even see a snapshot of the alarm but then when I hit the snapshot to see the full video it goes to a black screen that says ‘no video or event at current time’. I use an SD card that still has plenty of space and the only way I can even remotely see what’s happening is if I go to the timeline beneath that with the snapshots of each alert and scroll — then the video will play in fits and spurts in fast forward or rewind as I use my finger to scroll through the time. But it doesn’t capture every second, people suddenly appear or disappear and there’s no audio whereas it used to work perfectly. Help! I don’t want to have to replace the camera but I’m a single mom with a special needs child and this is one of the many tools I use to make sure he’s safe and in the house while I’m showering or unable to be in the room with him briefly. I hope to hear back how to fix this so I can change my review to five stars, thank you!

Постоянные глюки, очень проблемная первоначальная настройка, постоянно надо перезагружать то камеру то телефон
