Hisense Supply Chain Management (HSCM) is a specialised system developed to streamline and optimise the supply chain processes within the Hisense organisation. With a primary focus on enhancing operational efficiency, HSCM facilitates the seamless management of various aspects, including OPSI Forecast, ISO compliance, sales tracking, and shipment tracking. At the core of HSCM is the OPSI Forecast dashboard, which provides a comprehensive view of product-specific order quantities, purchase quantities, sales quantities, and inventory quantities. This dashboard enables users to gain valuable insights into product performance on a monthly basis.
