App on iPhone keeps crashing so annoying 😕
Zero is not an option
Unstable and that means unreliable. The app single handedly defeats the purpose of having CCTV with a mobile app.
Useless
Just doesn’t work and makes it almost impossible to view CCTV.
Rewatching
Why can’t I rewind 15 or 30 seconds to review a notification alert that’s just occurred like I can on Google camera? ☹️☹️

Why don’t you respond to any support requests. I have sent 6 x emails with no acknowledgment!

Having had to download this app to partner a CCTV system I’ve had installed, I have to say that it is the most unreliable and unstable app I’ve ever used.
Frequently tells you it’s off line or that the device is offline. Additionally, you get CCTV alerts but you can’t view them.

Worse than useless
Constantly get the message no data or device offline. Won’t load & effectively is just useless. To add insult to injury I’ve just had a message when I opened the App to tell me it’s crashing. I know that....... get it sorted
Poor connection
Having had this cctv installed recently I’ve got to say the quality of this app is terrible you can never get online with it it always shows up offline, you get all the notifications telling you someone’s set your cameras off but when you go on to view it all you get is it’s offline! Sort it out!
