It is very good but now I can’t add/amend anything as it keeps crashing

FRUSTRATING!!!
This was recommended by a friend and I wanted to love this, but…...I have spent WAY too much time on this today. It constantly tells me to log in to IG, which I do. Then it crashes and tells me something went wrong when I’m trying to add hashtags. I’ll take my chances with the hashtags I already have vs continuing to fight with this app. 😒

Update: I updated my phone and redownloaded… and it worked! I’m loving the app so far. I love how easy it is to use and the app itself is aesthetically pleasing too. 10/10

It won’t let me register for an account so I can’t actually use the app. I clicked the register now button when you first load the app, put in my email and the password I want to use. But, it says that my username and password are incorrect even though I was registering for an account. I triple checked to make sure I was clicking the register now button and didn’t accidentally click a sign up option. I’m going to try redownloading if that works I’ll update.

Registrierung nicht möglich
Schade, will mich neu registrieren, aber mir wird nur Login angezeigt und, dass mein username und Passwort nicht stimmt. Dabei habe ich mich noch gar nicht registrieren können!

It’s only once in a blue moon that it actually loads suggestions. 99% of the time it says something went wrong.
Select all
Please add option to select/deselect all groups at once.
Another thing, It is really annoying when I have to go select all groups one by one, and then if by accident I click on one of them go inside and then back... all my groups get deselected... so then I have to again go and start select them all from the beginning + pray that this vicious cycle doesnt start over again...

Can’t get #

I e tried all hashtag apps under the sun and this is, hands down, the best one I’ve come across so far!
Glitchy
This app is great in concept but anytime I use it to search more than a handful of hashtags it comes up with an error message and stops working.
Keeps crashing
I loved this app until it stopped working! Anytime I click on a hashtag to check the analytics and additional hashtag suggestions I now get an error message. I updated the app and it still doesn’t work.
Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work, I tried to register for an account and the app says my password is wrong.... when I just made an account?
Dislike the changes
I used to love this app but now it’s clunky and has bug issues. It wouldn’t let me sign in on my old account so I had to create a new one. Just trying to add my hashtags in and it’s having trouble. Definitely needs some attention.

Hi, Sorry you're having issues. It would be great if you could reach out to our support email so we can work with you to fix them. The app never used to have account functionality, this is relatively new and allows us to backup your hashtags and categories so you can restore them more easily. Previously if something had happened to your phone you would have lost them all. We're always looking to improve the app, so as I say, please reach out to us with more detail and we'll try our best to help. thanks

App crashes every time I click on a hashtag to get more suggestions. I barely downloaded this 10 minutes ago
Very useful, but since iOS 14!
Great easy-to-use tagmanager and randomizer! Use it every day.
Since iOS 14 there is a bug at the advanced option:

The other hashtags I selected are not in the clipboard.
Even with version 2.0 the Bug isn’t fixed!

Crashing
This app was great until a few days after I installed it, it crashes every time an ad is done playing. Screen goes black. Have to close it, restart, only for another ad to play and it crash again. This happens several times before it finally works properly. It happens all the time now too for at least the last almost two weeks

Exports with commas
Hashtag recommender is nice but once I finally figured out how to export there are commas everywhere...have to manually remove them - am I doing it wrong? Thanks!

My only wish is that collaborate on this with another device.
Super Hashtag App
Sie tut was sie soll und dass auf einem sehr einfachen Weg. Großartig. Ich würde mir wünschen, Hashtaglisten irgendwie teilen zu könne bzw. von anderen Listen mit ähnlichen Tags partizipieren zu können.
