bad i have paid twice now for monthly subscription but cant watch anything and it don’t even show you took the payment but it show i have the month and still cant watch

I paid for the yearly. App stopped working this weekend. Apple login no longer works correctly, so my subscription and history are all gone.

How do I obtain more coins to continue watching a series?
The monthly subscription is nothing!! Do not purchase!
While movie content could be good, there is no such thing as a monthly subscription. Not if you wish to watch movies. You can absolutely give them money so you can pretend you have a subscription but that does not mean you get to watch movies certainly not unlimited.

No way to watch without paying
I have a quite a few of these Chinese drama apps, and by far, this one is the worst (even top-short at least has a bonus for opening their app every day) there’s only one show that caught my eye, but if I can’t unlock any episodes without paying, then why bother. I rather watch a 30 sec ad to watch an episode a day, than pay that much monthly for some cheap drama. Look into drama box or Sereal+ for better alternatives to this one.

Didn’t give me my coins
Sent them several emails but no answer. Paid $29.99 but never got my coins. This app is a ripoff, don’t waste your money!
Purchase VIP but cannot watch
I had purchased a weekly plan but can’t watch. Keep asking me to join VIP! Despit Login and out a lot of times and refresh the orders. Still cannot watch! Check the purchase history and confirmed I had purchase the subscription. Pls resolve it asap

I liked when they had the weekly subscription or the yearly subscription but now they went to that daily rewards pack now I don’t mess with that. They do have good stories sometimes it lag but I still watch, but I’m not gonna pay for that because I don’t like that type of system now they go back to the old one then, I’ll watch it.

Lower quality than usual
I am addicted to these sloppy dramas and this app is one of the worse ones. Subtitles are broken, off-timed, low quality or straight up missing regularly. You cant search the catalog for genres, the discovery shows the same 10 series over and over and the feedback/help option only returns server errors. Regret buying a sub.

What’s the Monthly subscription
So I pay monthly to unlock all episodes on this app and every time I try to watch something it’s asking me to either subscribe weekly or to buy coins to unlock episodes. I’ve already sent in a complaint about this to the developer via email and still have not received a response back. What’s the point of paying monthly if I’m going to be asked to buy coins or subscribe weekly?

Indulging in abuse.
Scores of women abused, raped, choked, assaulted, by their supposed “husbands” or “fiancées” and their mistresses. What happens at the end of the story? They get pardoned and just other women (although scheming) get a slap on the wrist. Some of these female characters have cancer (don’t know why 🙄) and are forced to donating blood to someone who could only be screened to understand what kind of disease needs so much blood. The best part is to see the all “powerful” CEO being deceived by a talkative sl*t who is always after a married man. HOW ON EARTH THESE MEN DO BUSINESS? Easy to deceive and to make a fool of themselves. In the end the abused, raped, mangled women have the guts to pardon all of this. Forgiven and forgotten.

Purchased the subscription not reflecting in the app
Not to cheat the customer..
I like the shows it has to offer…
But. This app is rated less than other drama apps I have because it doesn’t give you an option to earn bonus points to watch the drama. Also, ALL of the HiShort dramas advertised on Instagram are never on the app itself. It’s really disappointing since those are the dramas that look super interesting and aren’t on any of the other apps.
