Terrible app for hairstyle. Started free trial. Kept 5 minutes and asked to please cancel. No account information or easy cancel option. Cartoon like and a terrible app. Requested cancelation by email in ‘contact us’. Will see if they actually cancel or charge me. They better not.

Email doesn’t work and message center didn’t work. I want a refund for the yearly charge that got sent to my card instantly 39.99. I wanted the short 3 day trial! I would never had paid for anything as the app is terrible!
Crap
I want wanting to change my hair color and I thought this was a cool way to see what a new color looks like on me. Wrong. It’s crap. You can’t choose real hair color and real styles. I’m trying to cancel now and am having trouble doing so.
Freezes and $$$
When I first tried to open the app it froze up. I had to shut down my phone to get it to open. Then I could even check out the app without signing up for a payment plan. They do offer a 7 day trial, but I’m not going to sign up for something without being able to see what features there are.
