About
Hisobim turns your construction site from a notebook into a business.
Most site apps just add up cash in and cash out. That tells you how much money moved — not whether the job is making you anything. Hisobim answers the question a foreman actually has:
AM I MAKING MONEY ON THIS SITE?
Enter the contract value (smeta), and Hisobim measures every cost against it. Profit is the contract minus what the object has really cost — including wages that have been earned but not yet paid. A brigade that has finished the work and not been paid is a cost the moment the work is done, not the day the cash leaves your hand. Most tools get this wrong and flatter the job.
WORKERS AND WAGES
- Daily rate, per-scope (akkord) or monthly salary — all three, in one place.
- Mark the daily attendance: who was on site, and for how long. Half days and overtime included.
- See what you owe every worker, and what you have already advanced them.
- Raising a man's rate never rewrites what he was already owed for work he already did.
MATERIALS
Record what you actually bought — 4 tonnes of cement, from a named supplier, at a price per tonne — and photograph the receipt. Not just an amount.
WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
A building site is a basement with no bars. Enter an expense underground and it is saved on your phone, then sent the moment you have signal. Nothing is ever lost, and nothing is ever recorded twice.
REPORT TO THE OWNER
Share a site summary straight to Telegram: contract, spend, wages owed, profit — with the arithmetic shown, so nobody has to take your word for it.
ALSO
- Uzbek, Russian and English.
- Debts: who owes you, and who you owe.
- Your team, with roles — a viewer can record, only an admin can correct.
- Every correction to the ledger is logged, with a reason.
Built for prorabs in Uzbekistan. Money is kept to the som, never rounded through a floating-point number.
