I am very picky
I am picky and mostly broke but I will always have my history vault channel. I have my priorities and this channel matters to me. I need my Skinwalker and so many others. Keep up the great programming I need you!
Missing programs
It didn’t have the one show I came here to watch, World War II narrated by Tom Hanks.
Just okay
Well not too many options but after watching my list it seems impossible to cancel. After cancelling multiple times without success it just tells me this message about not verifying my email. Why let someone watch for months to act like it’s someone new?

If you’re interested in subscribing to History Vault, DO NOT subscribe using Apple because the majority of the shows available don’t have access to the first few episodes.
A few examples: If you’re wanting to watch ‘The Color of War’ you’ll need a subscription through Amazon Prime to see the first three episodes, if you want to watch ‘Hunting Hitler’ the first episode isn’t available with a subscription through Apple, you’ll have to deal with commercials on Tubi to see that. if you’re interested in watching ‘Civil War Journal’ forget about watching the pilot episode.

Profiles
I would love to see where we could have multiple profiles for the different members of the family so everyone can watch what they want without interfering with anyone else.
Tries to automatically cast to a random tv
you have to manually disconnect it, and that button is hidden not by malicious intent but by bad CSS. The casting menu is half off the screen. It's crazy how bad this app is. It's really bad. You also can't look at the series to choose the episode without finding it through the search function. there's no way to go from "continue watching" to a menu of the episodes. It's so crazy that this is a real app on the app store

Skinwalker is the best show of our time.
So I watch an episode. It gets stuck at the end when going to the next episode when you click the next button. I go back to same episode and it continues to be stuck at final seconds until I move time button to beginning, please fix.

Worst interface ever and disappointing and misleading content
I only purchased a subscription to watch the new season of Ice Road Truckers and season 12 ep 1, the PREMIER EPISODE MIND YOU, is the only reason I paid for an entire year of this app, and it is literally the only thing blocked by the app. The app says you must have a cable or a satellite provider to watch this episode. I am livid!

You need to update the seasons on ALL shows , for example skin walker ranch is currently on season 6-7 and the app only has season 5 . Outdated , so annoyinggggggggggggggggghggg
What a disappointment
If you think you are getting the video library for the history channel you are in for a major letdown. I don't understand why you guys are sandbagging the vast majority of your content. Actually, I think I do. But we'll leave that conversation for a more appropriate platform. I can live with the clunky, hard to navigate application, but the library is a joke. You know exactly what the people interested in this streaming service are here for. I'm going to cancel my subscription soon. If I want to watch a bunch of mindless garbage i'll use a streaming service with a much larger library, and a much smoother UI. If you decide to give us access to at least half of the history channels real library/archives maybe we'll consider resubscribing. By the way, your search feature for content that you do actually have, is horrible too. It's almost like you're trying to hide everything. Again, what a massive disappointment.

Great Programming - Horrible Tech
Though the programming on the history vault is fantastic, its technology is as old as the revolutionary war! I have attempted over and over to download programming on my iPhone, without success.

My sign in won’t let me sign in it tells me my subscription is inactive even though I’m already subscribed I put my screen name and password the correct one and it just leads to please re subscribe when I click on it it says your already subscribed can you please fix the problem I have had this app before and it’s way better with zero

App not working
Why my app not working.? It is not working on my iPhone or my iPad. And I bought a subscription for $5.99 a month.
Limited viewing
It’s unbelievable. I’m paying for a service that only gives me a limited view have to programs I pay a monthly subscription for. Now I find out I have to pay an additional 2.99 for half the episodes even though I’m paying 5.99 a month for full access to history vault. I expect to get every episode. I canceled my subscription and I’m never dealing with History Vault or Crapple TV AGAIN. This is a gimmick and it’s THEFT! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Disappointed in the library. Why isn’t Counting Cars included?

Can’t sign up
So I download the app, immediately asked to sign up for free trial. Fine. Takes me to a page to create an account. I enter the info. Continue is grayed out. All info is filled in correctly. Can’t move on. So I didn’t even get to see any content. Can’t get in. I’m not going to try to troubleshoot issues before I can even sign up! Deleted.
